United Airlines' cancellation policy allows passengers to cancel their flight at any time before departure without penalty. However, if you cancel after 24 hours and there is no one else willing to take the seat, you will receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. If someone else takes your seat, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
